100% Neutral Silicone Sealant

 

Fast Cure is a premium grade low to medium modulus neutral curing, (Methoxy) silicone sealant, which cures with atmospheric moisture to form a highly elastic rubber seal providing excellent performance in glazing, plumbing, construction, and auto sealing applications. This product has excellent adhesion to most common building materials such as: glass, bricks, mortar, roof tiles, glazed surfaces, concrete nearly all metals, including aluminum, and galvanised steel, masonry, wood, PVC, polycarbonate and many other plastics. Fast cure is unaffected by high or low temperatures and has outstanding weathering and UV resistance. It will remain almost unaffected for over 25 years.

 

 

 

Fast Cure has superior adhesion to most common building materials including PVC, and polycarbonate and most powder coated surfaces, It has 50% movement capability, twice that of ordinary silicone. It is not recommended for aquariums, use Window & Glass, or Prosil 20.

 

Fast Cure is ideal in applications such as : Solar heating installation, Pre-cast concrete expansion joints, cap beading, standard, and butt glazing. Perimeter sealing to treated wood, metal, PVC and powder coated frames. In-factory assembling and sealing applications where safety is paramount. Roofing, gutters, and water-tanks Plumbing and electrical installations, where speed of cure is important.
